MBE for Volunteer Mr Richard Hallett, trustee and vice president of the Friends of Crowborough Hospital and long time campaigner for maternity services, has been appointed an MBE “for Services to Midwifery and Parents” in recognition of his determi- nation to improve choice for pregnant women.
